Terms and Conditions

The Service is intended for use only by committee members and supporters of the Lemanu & La'apui Gubernatorial Campaign election. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a committee member or a supporter of the Lemanu & La'apui campaign.

The Service allows users to generate QR codes for campaign-related activities. The QR codes can be used to direct individuals to campaign-related content.

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for all activities that you perform. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

All QR code usage will be tracked by the Lemanu & La'apui re-election committee. Each time a QR code is scanned, the activity will be recorded to measure and track campaign activity to improve the chances of the Lemanu & La'apui campaign in winning the 2024 American Samoa Gubernatorial election.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Lemanu & La'apui campaign and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your access or account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall the Lemanu & La'apui Election Committee, nor its candidates, committee members, volunteers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of American Samoa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
